LEAWOOD, Kan. – With RA Sushi Bar Restaurant’s December Pairing, you’ll have visions of pomegranates dancing in your head this holiday season. Available at RA Sushi Leawood from December 1-31, order the Seared Albacore Tapas and the Pomegranate Breeze for $15.
A light, refreshing dish that is perfect for pre- or post-holiday shopping, the Seared Albacore Tapas features seared albacore tuna and avocado, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds, and served with a yuzu soy vinaigrette and organic micro greens. The perfect complement to the dish, the Pomegranate Breeze takes the stress out of the holiday madness. It is a mix of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, POM pomegranate juice, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, pink grapefruit juice and other fresh citrus flavors.
