Ellen Brewood gets more recognition this year for her success in foreclosure sales

LEAWOOD, Kan. – For a fourth year in a row, Ellen Brewood of Realty Executives of Kansas City was named one of America’s top real estate professionals by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends. Again this year, Brewood is ranked in the top one half of one percent of the more than 1.1 million Realtors nationwide.  

Brewood joins an elite group of real estate professionals across the country recognized for production in a challenging real estate market. The Real Estate Top 400 was announced in August 2011 with four separate categories honoring the top 100 residential agents and agent teams for excellence.

With 269 transactions in 2011, Brewood was ranked 35^nd in the nation in transaction side volume. This is the fourth year in a row that Brewood was recognized. She focuses her real estate business on working with foreclosure properties throughoutKansas City.
